At the end of the 1970s, Italo Zingarelli created a wine that accompanies the family until today. This was an answer to the dissatisfaction of consumers who had had enough to drink wines with high acidity. Italo wanted a wine with richer aromas, greater smoothness and, most importantly, a pleasant one to drink. In the nose, quite intense aromas of ripe red fruit. Juicy and full in the mouth. Perfect for red meat and pastes, but also can be served with roasted fish.
