Langhe Treuve was created from a mixture of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Arneis strains creating an extremely complex wine. In the production process, each variety was separately fermented in French oak for 10-12 months, then the strains were combined to ripen together in a bottle for a year. A yellow wine with rich golden shades. In the glass, at the beginning of its development, subtle aromas and flavors of fruit, hazelnuts appear, which over time become intense and enriched with aromas of honey, pineapples, candied citrus and citrus fruits with a pleasant, slightly bitter finish. Serve with salmon, white meats, white truffles, lighter blue cheeses.
