Primitivo di Manduria grapes used for the production of this wine are harvested by hand at the end of August, when they reach their maximum maturity and juice concentration. The wine is aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels.
Wine with an intense ruby color, with aromas of baked red and dark fruits and spices. Well balanced in the mouth, very fruity, with soft tannins. Recommended for venison and grilled meats.
