Tempranillo is the most famous wine variety in Spain. It is grown in every region and almost every time it is called differently. For example, in Ribera del Duero known as Tinta del Pais, in Valdepenas as Cencibel, and in Catalonia Ull de Liebre. Early budding of this variety makes it very difficult to grow due to the high sensitivity to frosts and a thin skin that easily succumbs to mold. Despite this, it is very appreciated all over the world because of the quality of the wine obtained from it.
In the wine, palpable aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and blueberries. The taste is soft, fruity, very well balanced. It tastes of people starting to play with wine, as well as those who are looking for something more built.
