Traditional sweet wine from the Chianti region.
Grapes after two months of drying are fermented, then for 36 months mature in small oak barrels.
Vin Santo del Chianti is oily and dense, with an amber color. It captivates with exceptional balance and complexity. It tempts with aromas of citrus fruits, peaches, pears, apples, dried figs, apricots and dates. It was created as a result of a special mixture of Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano. The whole is complemented by accents of honey, smoked spices and toasts. Full, exceptionally well-balanced sweetness and acidity in the mouth.
A perfect companion of dried fruit, blue cheese and traditionally almond cantucci cookies.
