Bordeaux is the second largest wine region in France after Languedoc. In around 8,000 properties located within the Bordeaux appellate, high quality long-lasting wines are produced with the greatest regularity, more fruitful in the Médoc appeal and gentler in Saint-Émilion and Pomerol.
The typical Bordeaux wine coupage used in the production of red wines includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec. The grapes of the first three varieties found application in this full, velvety and well-arranged wine, with a long and rich tip, in which we find distinct notes of blackcurrant, ripe plums, chocolate and roasted herbs.
Recommended for meats and dried meats, venison, beef and ripening cheeses.
The wine is produced in a small estate, with extraordinary care and commitment, from the grapes picked by hand.
