The wine is produced in 100% of Grenache grapes, harvested by hand from 50-year-old bushes. After a long maceration of must with skins and alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for several years in French vodka vats.
In the nose there is a symphony of stewed fruits, dried figs, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, elegant sweetness is combined with fruit preserves and velvety tannins. Perfectly fits chocolate-coffee desserts, red fruits and ripe, expressive cheeses.
