A pleasantly balanced wine with an extremely beautiful palette of aromas and flavors. In the nose a variety of spices, herbs and notes of smoke mixed with ripe red fruit. In the mouth, full-bodied with lots of forest fruits and ripe cherries, velvety with soft tannins and a long finish. Recommended for wild bird dishes, game, stews and expressive hard cheeses.
The regional names alone account for more than half of the production of wines from Burgundy. Grapes harvested from all over the growing area offer a huge variety of taste and quality. Wines from Bouchard Pere et Fils with the appeal of A.C. are made from carefully selected grapes. This is also the case with Bourgogne La Vignée Pinot Noir, which is a harmonious blend of fruit and a distinctive climate influence.
