It is a yellow-greenish wine with steely glares, clean and bright. Aromatic and complex on the nose, with marked notes of lemon blossom and jasmine, mingled with fruity notes, such as lychee, apricot and orange peel. Very fresh on the mouth, with citric hints of grapefruit, a vibrant acidity, and a lingering nish.
Grapes were hand-harvested. Blend components were treated separately, working with a protective method for sauvignon blanc and an oxidative method for chardonnay and gewrztraminer. Fermentation developed at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. Once the alcoholic fermentation was complete, the wine rested on its lees for 6 months. Aer deciding on the best blend, the wine was prepared for bottling.
