Champagne Tradition Demi-Sec Veuve Doussot
It is a cuvee made exclusively of the Pinot Noir variety derived from 25-year-old shrubs. It matures for 18 months under a grape skin sediment. Straw yellow with shades of copper. The palate is full of ripe white fruit with hints of toast. Due to the relatively high residual sugar content of 34 g / l, it will be the perfect companion for foie gras and white desserts. Annually, it is produced in about 5,000 bottles.
