Chablis Bougros Grand Cru
Bright and clear wine with a pale golden color with green reflections. The nose is strong and complex with notes of acacia flower, jasmine and fresh mint, notes of green apple, lemon, lime, the scent of sea air, nuances of spices. The palate is full and spicy - aftertaste of roasted coffee and spicy spices. Long finish, mineral and citrusy with hints of caramel, almonds, dried fruit and paprika. Well balanced. The fruits come from 40-year-old bushes and are hand-picked in small boxes. The wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels and 50% in small steel vats.
