Beaujolais Blanc
The regional appellation "Beaujolais Blanc" was established in 1937, on land in the extreme northern part of the vineyard, within the confines of Macon and the south-west of Villefranche. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are pressed after arriving in the cellar and fermenting them takes two weeks. This wine is the jewel of the vineyard. It offers subtle aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. It is extremely diverse, it combines tannin and freshness, a balance between curves and finesse, with a touch of refinement and a hint of vanilla. Serve chilled at 10 ° C, to fish, shellfish and salads.
