Located in Póvoa de Santarém on the northern bank of the Tejo River, Quinta da Ribeirinha has been a family business for over three generations. The 95-hectare estate is located in the heart of the Bairro area in the Tejo region and consists of 60 hectares of vineyards planted with native Portuguese and international varieties. Calcareous clay soils and south-facing vineyards receive optimal benefits from viticulture in a warm continental climate, complemented by the influence of the Atlantic Ocean. The Candido family's thoughtful approach to wine production combines the best of modern traditional practices, focusing on the purest manifestations of terroir and vintage. The family's commitment to the Tejo region is demonstrated in each glass of Quinta da Ribeirinha wine.
