Vision Merlot
This Israeli wine is made from Merlot (90%) and Petit Verdot (10%). After the harvest, the grapes reached the vineyard in the early morning. The stalks were separated from the grapes and, after gentle pressing, the fermentation processes were started, including the malolactic fermentation which aims to stabilize and soften the wine. The fermentation lasts for 7 days at 25 ° C. Vision Merlot is matured in French and American oak barrels for 5 months. This wine has a cherry aftertaste, notes of caramel and smoke. It has a refreshing acidity and is extremely pleasant to drink.
