This Israeli wine is made from 100% Shiraz. The grapes arrived at the vineyard in the early morning after being mechanically harvested. The grapes were separated from the stalks and after gentle pressing they were transferred with the skins and seeds to stainless steel tanks to start fermentation which takes 7 days at 25 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was transferred to a storage tank and the skins were gently squeezed out. in the same tank using a pneumatic press to start malolactic fermentation. This is to stabilize and soften the wine. The wine matured in French and American oak for 5 months. A soft, round and very pleasant Mediterranean wine with a balanced shape and good acidity. Rich in flesh and fruit.
