Golden color with shimmering reflections in the glass. The bouquet is very attractive and complex, it smells of dried yellow fruits such as apricots, orange peel and pineapple, with clear notes of honey. On the palate, the wine has a pleasant creamy texture with balanced acidity, with an almond aftertaste on the finish. Recommended for risotto, soups, fish and white meat.
The 40 hectare family estate has long been run by Dario Tommasi. His brothers Sergio, Ezio and Franco were in charge of cultivation, cellar and distribution. Today, the next generation is developing traditions. In a modern cellar, white wines are fermented at controlled temperatures and bottled early to keep the fruit fresh.
