Gewurztraminer Spatlese
A delicately mineral wine with classic aromas of rose, nutmeg, with a hint of quince and lychee, with notes of honeydew honey. Subtle, fruity on the palate, with a slightly spicy tip of exotic spices. Perfect as an aperitif, addition to desserts, but also to fatty blue cheeses. It will also work perfectly in Asian cuisine (e.g. sushi).

The Gewürztraminer has been cultivated in the region for centuries. It gives extremely aromatic wines with floral, spicy and herbal notes. In Bechtheimer it is harvested by hand from old vines.
It tastes best at 10-12 ° C.
The Weingut Erbeldinger family winery has been successfully producing wines for over 50 years. It is conducted in an ecological manner. The vines grow on loess-clay soils in prime locations in Bechtheim and Gundheim in the Rheinhessen region. This area is not only the largest wine territory, but the most dynamic with the greatest number of new vineyards with young winemakers who combine tradition with modernity. The vineyard produces varieties that are typical of this region, which offer full flavor and moderate alcohol content.
