The regional appeal "Beaujolais Blanc" was established in 1937, on the ground in the extreme northern part of the vineyard, within the borders of Macon and the southwestern part of Villefranche. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are pressed when they arrive in the basement, their fermentation lasts two weeks. This wine is the jewel of the vineyard. It offers subtle aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. It is extremely diverse, combines tannin and freshness, a balance between curves and finesse, in which there is also a shade of sophistication and a touch of vanilla. Serve cooled at 10 ° C to fish, shellfish and salads.
