The taste is crisp, fresh and harmonious. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °, and thanks to the action of yeast, the sugar turns into alcohol and other substances that give the wine its characteristic aroma. After the end of fermentation, followed by stabilization and a second fermentation - the Charmat method is carried out.
