On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with a long and pleasant finish.
The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small boxes. After delivery to the cellar, some of the grapes are dried at a controlled temperature to enhance the flavors and increase the natural sugar level.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks. Part of the wine is aged for 3 months in oak barrels and then mixed with the remainder to give the product its final texture.
