The property has a great history and pedigree. In the 19th century, the monks from the "Society of Mary" transformed the surrounding fields into a farm and built magnificent buildings. The property was famous for viticulture, grain production and cattle breeding. Nowadays, the entire farm, which is managed by the next generation of the Geromin family - sisters Audrey and Marion - produces only wines. The grapes come from family plots situated on a perfectly lit plateau built of ancient clay-limestone sedimentary soils.
