A clear, rich white wine that permeates the aromas of wood, nuts and vanilla, with outstanding aromas of citrus fruits. Full, intense and fresh flavor, strong finish. The grapes arrive at the vineyard in the early hours of the morning after being mechanically harvested and are immediately processed gently, quickly to produce a high-quality white mousse. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels to mature for 4-6 months. The wine is not malolactic fermentation to keep its fresh properties.
The vineyard was founded in 1870 by Abraham Teperberg and his son Zeev Zaid Teperberg. Managed by Moti Teperberg, Teperberg is now one of Israel's leading wineries, producing over 100 varieties of wine and grape juice. The company sells over four million bottles annually, locally and worldwide. Teperberg is mentioned as one of the most famous Israeli vineyards.
