Impari Nero d'Avola
The uncontaminated areas of Sambuca di Sicilia have been home to vineyards for centuries; the clear sky, crystal clear water of Aranico Lake and the microclimate that protects the crops from overheating create ideal conditions for the production of this wonderful wine. Aging in French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Deep ruby red color with navy blue reflections. Aromas of licorice, black pepper, tobacco and blackberries, a spicy aftertaste with a long finish and sweet notes. It goes well with roasts, game and cheese.
