The 40-hectare family estate, whose history goes back to the past, has long been run by Dario Tommasi. His brothers Sergio, Ezio and Franco were responsible for cultivation, cellar and distribution. Today, the next generation develops traditions. In a modern cellar, white wines are fermented at controlled temperature and bottled early to preserve fruity freshness.
Golden color with shiny reflections in the glass. The bouquet is very attractive and complex, it smells of dried yellow fruit, such as apricots, orange peel and pineapple, distinctive notes of honey. On the palate, the wine has a pleasant creamy consistency with balanced acidity, with an almond aftertaste on the finish. Recommended for risotto, soups, fish and white meat.
