Mendoza, one of the most important wine-growing and winemaking regions in Argentina, supplies four of every five bottles of wine produced in the country. The wine is produced by one of the most renowned and world-famous Argentine wine companies - Bodegas Salentein - founded in the 1990s by Dutchman Mijndert Pon.
It is a fresh and well-made wine, with distinct accents of citrus and ripe southern fruits. Rich in aromas of apples and citrus, with subtle notes of mango and papi. In the mouth refreshing, perfect for hot days. It goes well with fish, poultry, white meats in sauces and goat and sheep cheeses.
