Moelloux is a term often appearing on the labels of French wines. It always means higher residual sugar content than usual, thanks to which we know that it will be semi-sweet or sweet wine.
Le Grand Humeau Moelleux is a delicate dessert wine with a natural sweetness, composed of Semilion, Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. It has a light straw color with delicate gold reflections. The nose smells of peach, caramel and honey. It tastes good with white cakes and delicate fruit desserts.
