The wine is made of 100% Susumaniello. In terms of taste, it is between Primitivo and Negroamaro. It is less mature and alcoholic than Primitivo and has a richer aroma than Negroamaro. The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September and fermentation takes place in steel vats. After fermentation is complete, the wine is matured in the bottle for 3 months.
