Heracles has an intense deep red color. The wine is rich in notes of spices, licorice, blackberry and cherry fruit, and notes of chocolate that add complexity to the bouquet. The interesting acidity and restrained alcohol level keep the texture fresh. Well balanced with a good structure, pleasant length and fruity flavors. A great wine for roasted and grilled meats. It goes perfectly with game dishes and mature hard cheeses.

Named after the son of Zeus, this 100% Primitivo was fermented for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and matured for 10 months in oak barrels.

Tommasi's passion for wine and the desire to discover and choose the best Italian vineyards led them to buy lands in the heart of Pugli, in the Salento area, one of the best Primitivo grape growing zones. The grapevine there is of extremely ancient origin, dating back to the times of Magna Graecia. The bushes grow quite abundantly, and they like the hot climate the most. The bunches are large and compact and the peel of the fruit is thin. Currently, it is one of the most popular varieties on the Polish market.
