Baroness Nadine is a very effective wine with a good structure and an intense fruity and mineral nose. Full of apple, citrus and vanilla aromas. Grapefruit with hints of cinnamon appears in the mouth. Before being released to the market, the wine is aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. Should be served chilled 8-10 °. Good with fish, grilled poultry and seafood. It is also perfect for an aperitif.
The idea of a partnership between the Ruperts, descendants of Dutch emigrants who settled in South Africa, and the Rothschilds was born relatively recently, in the second half of the 90s of the last century. Thanks to the capital of the Rothschilds and the skills of the Ruperts, it was possible to renovate and modernize the plantation purchased by Anthonij Rupert, founded over 300 years ago by French Huguenots. Currently, the company produces high-class wines, constantly expanding its activities.
