Champagne Brut Rose Veuve Doussot
The dryness of this champagne makes it easy to choose a whole range of dishes to go along with it, ranging from fish and seafood, through poultry, wild birds, pork tenderloin and ending with camembert, brie and sheep cheeses. It will also be a pleasant surprise when we serve it as an aperitif.

As you can guess, only Pinot Noir grapes were used to produce this champagne, which was aged for 24 months under the sediment of this variety. It contains a whole range of aromas of ripe and fresh red fruit. In the mouth it is rich, with the predominant flavors of strawberries and raspberries, with a crisp and juicy finish.
