Champagne L by Veuve Doussot Blanc de Noirs
This white champagne, made from 100% red grape variety called Pinot Noir, grown in certified, organic, family estates, has a straw color with golden highlights. Floral notes, ripe white fruit and the aroma of fresh almonds are the most expressive aromatic elements in this wine. The rich texture, notes of licorice as well as the juiciness and freshness of many fruits influence the structure of this unique champagne.
Delicious as an aperitif, it will also go wonderfully with shellfish and fish dishes.
