copy of Barolo Ginestra "Vigna del Gris"
Barolo Vigna del Gris has a grainy red color with an orange reflection. A distinctive bouquet, delicate, elegant and ethereal. Red fruit and spices dominate. Full, solid, velvety, raw and well-proportioned flavor. Wine will be a great addition to roasts and stews. We recommend it with cold cuts, truffles and cheeses.

The wine is named after the estate "Conterno", which belongs to brothers-in-law Claudio Conterno and Guida Fantino. At the moment, vinification is taken over by Guido's son Fabio, one of the leading figures of the modernist movement in Barolo. From 24 hectares of vineyards, 25 thousand bottles of barolo and large quantities of lighter wines are produced, 50% of which goes to the US. The style of the wines produced is therefore clearly defined, as almost all wines go to barrels, which makes them concentrated, full of flavor and very fruity.
