Brunello di Montalcino Nastagio
Brunello has a ruby color with purple undertones. Strong, intense, elegant on the nose, with notes of ripe red fruit, well-balanced spices and vanilla aromas. Very good texture in the mouth, mature and durable tannins, perfectly combined with the freshness of Sangiovese. Long, soft and pleasantly fruity aftertaste.

Brunello Nastagio is the result of a great deal of research conducted over twenty years by Col d'Orcia of the University of Florence. Aging in Tonneaux oak barrels (500 liters) and then in traditional large "botti" is the point of contact between tradition and modernity, preserving the essential aspect of longevity. 8ha vineyard planted with Sangiovese in 2006. Nastagio is aged for the first year in tonneaux (5 hl) - French oak barrels, then it is stored in large oak barrels and finally 12 months in a bottle at a controlled temperature.
