Flagship wine from the Chianti Classico zone. For this wine, grapes from 4 of the best plots in the Castellina in Chianti area were used. It is a mixture of different terroirs, the grapes for Chianti Classico Riserva are selected and harvested by hand, carefully selected, and the maceration itself is done using the traditional chianti method. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for two years and then in the bottle for at least three months.
