Essence Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon Essence is the product of two great vineyards located in the Upper Galilee and the Ephraim Hills. Each of them contributes to the character of the wine and this has led to the creation of a full, deep and harmonious wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine began an 18-month maturation process in new French oak wooden barrels. After the maturation process, the wine was bottled and continued to mature for another 10 months before being released.

The vineyard was founded in 1870 by Abraham Teperberg and his son Zeev Zaid Teperberg. Managed by Moti Teperberg, Teperberg is now one of Israel's leading wineries, producing over 100 varieties of wine and grape juice. The company sells over four million bottles annually, locally and worldwide. Teperberg is mentioned as one of the most famous Israeli vineyards.
