This Israeli wine is made from 100% Malbec grape. The grapes arrived at the vineyard in the early morning after being mechanically harvested. Fermentation lasted 7 days at 25 ° C. After the fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to a storage tank and the skins were gently pressed into the same tank using a pneumatic press to start the malolactic fermentation to stabilize and soften the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was cleaned of fine sediments. The wine then matured in French and American oak for 3 months. Malbec Vision is a deep, multi-dimensional, slightly coarse wine that combines the richness of fruits with pleasant acidity.
The vineyard was founded in 1870 by Abraham Teperberg and his son Zeev Zaid Teperberg. Managed by Moti Teperberg, Teperberg is now one of Israel's leading wineries, producing over 100 varieties of wine and grape juice. The company sells over four million bottles annually, locally and worldwide. Teperberg is mentioned as one of the most famous Israeli vineyards.
