"Ca Florian" is characterized by great elegance, as well as a rich, dense structure. A wine with an extraordinary personality and a bright, deep ruby color. Complex and elegant on the nose, with a rich bouquet of black fruits such as plums, cherries and blackberries. The scent of red fruit, balsamic and spicy nuance with a hint of dark chocolate. All with great elegance. The alcohol is perfectly integrated with the silky tannins for a pleasant long finish. Perfect for stewed and grilled red meat, stews, game and cheese.
The wine is aged for 4 years, three of which in large, Slavonian oak barrels. The wine is then refined in the bottle for another year.
