Chablis 1-er Cru Montmains
It is a transparent, pale golden wine with silvery reflections. It offers a subtle nose of ripe citrus, flowers with a mineral note present. Juicy and rich in the mouth. This is a very good classic example of the Chablis 1er Cru. It should be served chilled 10-12 ° C. It goes perfectly with risotto and pasta, roasted vegetables, salads and fish.

Chablis Premier Cru Montmains is a deep and mysterious wine. The wine was made from the Beaunois grape, which is a variety of the Chardonnay grape. The medium-sized 25-year-old vines from which this Chablis originated grow on clay and calcareous soil in a vineyard located on the left bank of the Serene River, south of Vaillons. It owes its structure to aging in vats, which lasts 12 months.
