When we started our adventure with wines over 30 years ago, we asked our winemaker to choose the best grapevines for the wines we wanted to produce at Grayson Cellars from the most developing regions of California.
After studying oenology at the University of Davis in California, Larry Levin - our chief winemaker - spent over a quarter of a century producing wine in many wineries in California, New Zealand, Australia and Chile.
