The best wine of the Paternoster brothers. It is dedicated to their grandfather Anselmo, who founded a vineyard and learned the noble art of wine from his father. He also decided to sell the first bottles of aglianico, made only for the family at the time. Don Anselmo is considered one of the best wines from the entire Basilicata region and one of the country's winemaking ambassadors. It comes from small plots where the oldest vines are grown, and the yield per hectare is from 3 to 4 tons, while the collection and selection of bunches is carried out manually. Partly it becomes subtle in large Slavonian oak barrels and the rest in French oak barrels.
