Deep cherry color with purple tones. In the nose, the main aromas of red fruit and roasted oak stand out. The mouthfeel is simple with a medium body and a harmonious balance between fruit, oak and a slight acidity that transforms into a long finish. It is perfectly combined with a variety of starters, old cheeses and cold cuts such as Iberian ham, as well as lamb and venison.
The wine was made from the Tempranillo grape, grown in mineral soils, which are a mixture of gravel, stone and red clay, located at high altitudes. The wine is aged for 3 months in American oak.
