Le Grand Humeau Brodeaux Rouge
Wine made from a classic Bordeaux mixture of grape varieties - Melot, Cabernet Farnc, Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a delicate light ruby color with shades of purple. The smell is dominated by fruit aromas - cherry, black currant. The taste is full, slightly dry with a pleasant aromatic tip. It tastes good with grilled meats and hard maturing cheeses.
The wine is produced by a modern cooperative of 90 wine growers in the Bordeaux region. Most of the vineyards are run in an ecological and biodynamic system.
