A wine of yellow color with rich golden hues. In the glass, at the beginning of its development, there are subtle aromas and flavors of fruit and hazelnuts, which with time become intense and enriched with aromas of honey, pineapple, candied citrus and citrus with a pleasant, slightly bitter finish. Serve with salmon, white meats, white truffles, and lighter blue cheeses.
Langhe Treuve was made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Arneis, creating an extremely complex wine. During the production process, each variety was fermented separately in French oak for 10-12 months, then the strains were combined to mature together in the bottle for a year.
