Perfect with all kinds of seafood and fish, as well as fresh cheese, foie-gras, chicken, rice dishes and pasta. Best enjoyed at 12ºC.
Monovarietal of Treixadura from our vineyard "Porto", where Bodegas La Val also harvests Loureiro and Albariño. The estate is located in Salvaterra parish, beside the River Minho, and has deep alluvial soils, with the presence of numerous boulders that provide coolness in summer and warmth in maturation.
Grapes harvested in boxes of 20 kg, destalked and soft pressing, racking of the must and later fermentation with autochthonous yeasts with controlled temperature of 16 ºC during 30 days.
Ideal consumption in the following two years after the harvest. (Well preserved, our wines progress positively).
