An elegant, golden wine with a warm climate. Well balanced with moderate acidity. It is characterized by a bouquet combining herbal aromas and accents of wild flowers with the minerality that creates a special character of the wine. Fresh in the mouth, with noticeable currant, gooseberry and floral notes. Perfect as an aperitif, recommended for salads, fish and seafood dishes.
Kaponga was made exclusively from the Sauvignon Blanc strain. The vines are 10 to 30 years old. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel tanks for 2 months. The wine is then kept for a short time in oak barrels.
