The wine is made from 100% Grenache grapes, hand-picked from 50-year-old bushes. After long maceration of the must with the skins and alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for several years in French oak vats.
In the nose a symphony of stewed fruit, dried figs, vanilla and roasted coffee. In the mouth, elegant sweetness is combined with fruit preserves and velvety tannins. It goes perfectly with chocolate and coffee desserts, red fruit and ripe, expressive cheeses.
