All the red grapes of the blend are manually harvested in boxes at optimal ripeness and vinified in purity. After a cold pre-fermentation maceration for about 48 hours, the fermentation with selected yeasts takes place in stainless steel for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature. A part of the blend is aged in new French oak barrels and barriques where malolactic fermentation takes place.

Finally the wine rests with a short refinement in bottle for about 3-6 months.
