The Renaissance was created mainly from the Arneis strain, to which were added other aromatic grapes from the Trinita vineyard. The grapes were harvested in November, after which, after passing the production processes, they matured in French oak for a minimum of 2 years. The color of wine is deeply golden, in the nose you can feel the aromas of honey, peach and apricot. In the mouth you can feel tropical fruits, honey, apricots and a note of caramel. It goes well with blue cheeses, foie gras and fruit and nut cakes, chocolates.
